There was actually trash and spilled candy left on the bedroom floor. The safety bar on the front door was broken. The bathroom sink was dirty. No hairdryer in the bathroom. As we were leaving we found it in the closet hidden under plastic. The rugs were filthy. All stained. The chain has gone downhill. Won’t stay in one again. The desk clerk said he could not give me a discount and was sorry because I Booked third party. I have pictures.

We arrived when the internet was out, which we understood was not anything that the hotel had control over. When we arrived, we ask if there was any coffee and were told that yes, there was and it was made about an hour and a half earlier, when we tried it, it was only barely warm. The person at the desk did make a new pot. When we got to our room there was only one plastic cup and not any coffee cups. Again, we had to go to the front desk and ask the person behind the desk, he went to several different areas and carts and could not find any. Finally, he found some in the breakfast area. When we took a shower, there was not anywhere to place our soap or shampoo, and the floor of the shower was slippery. When we booked this hotel, we booked it for the pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was not in service and had caution tape and cinderblocks all around it. The pool was very cold, and we could not enjoy either of them, Breakfast had not much offered. We were very disappointed in our experience at this particular hotel.

There were no breakfast items we could eat. My husband does not eat breads and definitely not sausage gravy and biscuits. The hard boiled eggs were cold, not appealing for breakfast.

Room was clean but old and not updated at all, though that seemed to be common looking at the surrounding accommodations. The bathtub was yellowed. The pillows were small and not comfortable. On a positive note, the bed was newer and comfortable, which is the most important thing for a good night’s sleep.

No one would answer desk phone the evening we checked in and we had no hot water. Waited until next morning and still no hot water. The floor hadn’t been swept in days. I also had two other couples that I recommend rooms to. One couple had to change rooms because of all the dog hair in their room there shoes and socks were covered. I am sure you will hear from here in here own. The it mother couple said their chair and ottoman was filthy they would sit in it or out anything on it. There was nothing but coffee and water to drink that morning also..

I normally enjoy staying at the Comfort Inn and suites but this one here was very disappointing. We had ants in our bathroom in the sink all over also, the furniture in the bedroom was ripped and torn. When we got in the elevator it shook and made a lot of noise when it got to the tried floor. We report this to the receptionist upfront and she said she would report it. We asked her if she wanted to look at it. She said no. The next morning when we got up, we went to get back on the elevator to come down and it didn’t come. We waited a few minutes. It didn’t come so we end up, walking down the stairs only to be told that the elevator was no longer working because it was broken. There was no notification that it was not working, no sign or anything. Also, I have a difficult time walking up and downstairs due to an injury and we had to have to carry our luggage back down the stairs and it was very distressful. I was afraid I was going to fall. I feel sorry if anyone was there in a wheelchair, they would have been stranded.
