Value hotel. Mostly fine- generally clean, but shower faucets in serious need of replacement. Not sure why we had a large dehumidifier in our room under the vanity, but at 3am it started beeping loudly and flashing very bright blue LED lights signifying it apparently needed emptied- which I was not about to do. Woke my family up and was difficult to get back to sleep. Told staff at checkout, who seemed unconcerned.

Easy to find, near many good restaurants, we had a picnic at the crooked river state park, well worth the drive out there.

Clearly this hotel knew it had a humidity problem which is why they had a dehumidifier Under the bathroom counter but they didn’t empty the tank. they weren’t honest with me about it and they haven’t cleaned the air filter in what appears to be months. now the room smells from excess moisture and the bed is like lying on a rubber mat in a pool. the person at the front desk said....oh gosh I don’t know anything about that but maybe you can empty the tank....very misleading ....they clearly knew they had a problem and they did not disclose it...Exactly what every road warrior needs after traveling for hours to get here and arriving in the middle of the night… perfect

On the plus side you have free breakfast, laminate flooring for cleanliness, and pets stay for free. On the negative side you have a spider web on the upper corner of my door.

Good hotel. Clean quiet and close to I95 en route from Philadelphia to Miami. Shower head leaked but everything else including breakfast good.

No hot water for showers; breakfast was very limited; only carbs which I can't handle for breakfast. Staff was friendly; overall ok for price

Just stopped for the night on my trip up I-95 from Florida to DC. I was travelling with my dog, so I rated the amenities as 5-star since they accept pets with no deposit and no extra charges. To a pet owner, it doesn't get better than that. The location also, can't be beat. It is immediately off I-95 with all sorts of food options within walking distance. The gentleman at the front desk did his job, but his attitude was far from pleasant. The complementary bottle of water was much appreciated and the free breakfast was fine. Will stay again on my next trip.

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR VISIT TO CUMBERLAND ISLAND. THE ISLAND RANGERS WERE GREAT. IN FACT, THIS WAS A VERY FRIENDLY AREA OF THE COUNTRY TO VISIT. OUR HOTEL WAS LOCATED JUST A SHORT DRIVE FROM THE FERRY, THE LOCATION WAS GREAT FOR DINNING AND SHOPPING. I WISH WE HAD MORE TIME TO SPEND. THERE WAS A FLEA MARKET AND SOME INTERESTING SHOPS WE WOULD HAVE VISITED IF WE HAD HAD MORE TIME. EVEN THOUGH THIS IS A HIGH DENSITY AREA THERE WAS A REAL LAID BACK QUALITY. I NEVER FELT RUSHED OR BEING PUSHED BY ANY OF THE HOTEL STAFF. VERY PLEASANT AND RELAXED ATMOSPHERE.

We stayed there the night before we went to Cumberlan Island. A nice, clean motel at a good location.
