Guests will have a private home with lots of private outdoor space, including a large fire pit with a cooking grate and comfy adirondack chairs for relaxing and memorable evenings. We just added a new wrap around patio with an outdoor table/umbrella and string lights for additional outdoor space to enjoy. There is also a picnic table and grill (charcoal) on the lawn next to the patio. In addition, guests will have shared access to the Whitewater River. The river and seasonal beach (water-level dependent) is acesssed by walking across a flat lawn and then down a grassy hillside/ river bank.
