The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was abysmal— no yogurt, biscuits were hard, and the packets with the jam/jelly were rubbery hard. Had to pay for breakfast elsewhere.

The property is in poor condition, dirty , worn out linens , pillows. Drapes had holes, plumbing fixtures missing pieces. We ask for different pillows, they had none. It was a no smoking hotel.Yet the staff was stationed in front of the lobby smoking non stop. The property was dirty and poorly maintained.The air conditioning units were moldy and filthy.The towels looked like they had been used to wash cars, very stained. I would never stay here again.

Maintenance people need to do there jobs.

We didn't stay. Once we got in the room we left and got a refund immediately. The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. Being a contractor myself I know how bad that can be and I wasn't having my family stay in those conditions. I did suggest what to do to fix the problem and I hope they took my words serious. And there was black mold in the ptac that was all broken up.

Smells so so horrible. We had 2 rooms, both had big holes in the bathroom doors. Not much to eat for breakfast, in the pool area they had mushrooms growing around the column. My freezer was built up with ice and the other room had no freezer. Stairs were covered in bugs and webs. Ladies at the front desk seemed nice. On the morning of check out, we went down for breakfast came back up 830ish am and our keys to both rooms did not work. And check out was not til 11.

The entire hotel stinks.

The moment i walked it there was a strong cigarette smell. The room was not any better. The water stopped working for about 30 mins when i started taking a shower.

I saw a bug In our room that I thought was a roach. I flushed it. We decided to check out and not stay for the taing two nights. I had to eat the cost of those two nights. Beating a good name motel we were disappointed

Restocking problem

Room was beautiful and spacious. Only complaint I have is the bathroom was not properly stocked. No toilet paper, so I chose to go out and buy my own. And I wasn't going to even mention anything but it was frustrating that the shampoo bottle wasnt restocked and actually was used before me. Please be mindful of the restrooms, other than that perfect time!

The day we checked in it was good until we were taking a shower I was taking a shower my significant other Johnny was using the bathroom the curtain rod came down smack me in the face smacked him in the back of the head cut my face and now I'm having some pain in my jaw and he is having pain in like the cervical part of his spine

Not my favorite

The staff was friendly and helpful. However the facilities were significantly outdated and old. There was musty smell throughout the hallways and the walls had a number of cracks or dings in them as if they had not been maintained in years. The entrance light in our room was so dim it effectively gave off no light. The bathroom light over the mirror had one light out and another that flickered like a strobe light. After reporting this to the desk we left for the day hoping it would be addressed. It never was. The breakfast was minimal and each day it seemed they were out of something, including on our last day plates. Overall not an experience I would like to repeat.

Older property needs repairs but clean & comfy

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property is older and outdated. But the pool was full and clean. The lobby smelled really bad, like musty and moldy. The tub was chipped and a little stained. The sink drained slowly. But the bed was super comfy, the tv had a lot of channel choices, and the room was clean.

Terrible. Place is crumbly and smells awful. Hallways are dirty, stairways are dirty, everything is dirty and smells like it is dirty. We were there for two nights and the room never got cleaned. I brought it up with the front desk and she said that the housekeeper checked off that she had cleaned it. We had two rooms. Neither were cleaned, both were checked off. So at the desk she hands me towels and asks me to take the dirty towels from the room to the laundry for them. She didn't give me enough towels. She says she has no more so I can't have any more. So no shower for me. Breakfast area floors were so sticky you could hear us walk. We had to ask for her to mop it. The next morning there was no fruit, we had to ask for some. There was no juice, we had to ask for that too. Miserable place. I could go on. I want a refund.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but that was the only good thing they had going for them. Pool hours suck they open 8a-7p, pool room had trash on the floor. When we originally checked in, I went to the two assigned rooms to find them both dirty, with things on the floor, counters and the one bed looked like it had been slept in and then just pulled up and made. Once pointed out to the front desk they reassigned rooms, while we decided they would work, I had to wipe every counter and table due to it being sticky or having things on them. One of our rooms were missing a tv and a chair. The mini bottles of shampoo/conditioner and bar soaps had been refilled/ pre used in both rooms. The whole hotel can use to be updated and a good clean. Breakfast options left something to be desired. While it served it's purpose would not stay again or recommend.
