The whole stay was excellent. Check in process was easy and the reception staff so friendly! Apartment was so large and clean, we were pleasantly surprised to see we had been given a 2 bedroom when we only booked 1 bedroom, but it had a wonderful view from the 8th floor, so we were very happy to be given such a lovely room. Facilities were clean and spacious, the pool is amazing and there is a massive BBQ space. On check out again the reception staff were so kind, we had an issue with our car and needed some time to resolve which meant we were an hour late to check out but they were so nice and understanding in helping us and allowing us to have that extra time so sort our car out, thank you! The only minor draw back was the shower water pressure was a bit low but for a high rise apartment block in this area, not surprising and it certainly isn’t bad. Everything was so great, we will definitely stay here again :)

Room was lovely and clean. Staff very accommodating. A mop would be a great addition along side the broom. Makes for easy clean up in the kitchen after cooking. Also maybe supply the cleaners with a small step to be able to see the top shelf of the cupboards as we found someones underwear.

Room (overpriced for location - no mention in the listing that this room 20705 even had a city view) aside from being NY eve, amenities (two single beds to make a king bed!, shower leaking terribly, sofa so poor it was bad for the back)

On arrival one lift was broken down / out of order and by the end of 2nd day there the only lift was made out of order also. As result we had to climb stairs for 3 days of our stay. And a number of planned events had to be changed or cancelled as 3 out of 4 of us struggled with this. Age and health issues. Also the verandah and windows kitchen side and few other corner benches were not clean. But the remainder of the unit was brilliant location and set up and lovely, and would have said 4.5 stars if lift worked .

The room we stayed in needs a good deep clean my husband suffered severe allergic reaction and needed urgent medical care after only one night. The sofa and carpet are full of dust mites. We took photos of the disgusting dust and grime behind the bed head and under the tv cabinet
