"Cleaning service needs to be improved. During our four nights stay we only got it once, after being requested several times. After finally getting the service we found the toilet was so dirty that I borrowed a bowl blush and bowl cleaner from one of the room attendants that I saw on the hallway and cleaned it myself. Shower drainage works extremely slow and there was hair in bathroom sink drainage. Other than that our overall experience was good, room is very spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. Location is definitely unbeatable."
