Super kind staff, everything super automated, cool! Room is amazing, views are average. Some dust in the shelves, and the pool closes early. If you go for work you will not be able to use it.

Horrible support if you are not at the hotel. The hotel is nice and the on-site staff are great. However, no one ever answers the phone if you need to call. My flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late and despite waiting on hold for an hour to speak to someone, i could not reach anyone to tell them to hold my room. My colleagues who were already on site asked them to hold my room and they didn't make a note in my file. It was only thanks to a person on site who remembered the conversation that they honored my reservation....

Check in process was unconventional. Otherwise the hotel was clean, with an artistic design, modern features, and in a great location. The gym is very small. There were 2 treadmills and 1 rack of free weights. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was good for the value. The rooms are small, but the bed was comfortable. It was a great option for what I needed.
