This condo is equipped with all of the amenities of home. Whether you choose to go out to many of the different restaurants or stay back and prepare a home cooked meal in the comfort of your condo. Kitchen has everything necessary to get the job done. All rooms are equipped with a TV. Also, there is a washer/dryer set for those who wish to stay for an extended vacation.

We had Grandma. Grandpa. 2 daughters. One son-in-law. 2 grands. Scattered between MN. IA. AZ. This was our first venture staying in a Vrbo. What a pleasant experience. No complaints. The pool could have been cleaner and beach towels would have been nice. That’s it. All really good.

Very clean and comfortable! Check-in was very smooth and expectations were clearly communicated. We enjoyed being so close to the clubhouse and pool. The parking is a little tricky, there aren't many spots in front of the building - but we didn't have any issues. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in working order. Branson Girls Trip June 2025

Great property. We have stayed at Point Royale on previous occasions. This is the first time at this condo. The condo is nicely done & equipped very well. The kitchen is great for preparing meals, although we usually eat out. We enjoy being able to be under one roof to socialize & play games when not out & about. We plan to reserve this condo again in the spring 2026, just trying to pin down a date . Would highly recommend this condo & premier host.

Greatly enjoyed our stay! Lost a star only due to difficulty using the upstairs shower (which eventually worked out) and some discomfort with the beds upstairs. However, we greatly enjoyed the other amenities within the condo! Would definitely consider staying again! Thanks!!

Very roomy

Very roomy for us, two grandchildren and a cousin. Condo was clean and the Pointe Royale subdivision seems always well kept. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool but was nice to have it across the street. Great week end trip prior to Christmas.

Great Condo!

We had a great time at the condo! It is laid out where you don’t feel on top of each other, but still close enough to enjoy family time. It is easy to find. The property had a great little gym to workout. I’m sure the pool area is great during the summertime. Only issue we had was the parking. This was stated in the description that parking is first come first serve. It is tight, but manageable. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a place that is close to everything, but also just far enough away.

Great Condo!!

We have stayed in Branson multiple times (for softball tourneys) and we picked a winner with this condo! Very clean and equipped with anything we needed, including items in the kitchen, laundry supplies, etc. The location was great, as it was right across the street from the pool, but also felt very serene, as the porch backs to trees. We would definitely stay again!

Great location close to strip! Wonderful Host!!

Condo was beautiful! Clean and spacious for our family of 6 adults plus 2 children. Felt very safe since it’s gated and a security person is at gate 24/7! Our host Susie was awesome and answered all of our questions. We will definitely stay there again when making a trip there! Highly recommend this condo!!

The condo was clean & was stocked with everything we needed so no complaints about that but the beds were very uncomfortable & could use some new pillows, The parking is awful!! I know it says 1st come gets the parking spot & it is right one night we had to park across the street and walk to our condo😡 hoping my car wouldnt get towed, but the parking at the condo itself is also tight parking, I would recommend it for cleanliness but not for comfort, would not stay again

Great location, solid basic condo.

Condo included basic utensils and pots and pans. Has an older crockpot and soap and if you had a very young child staying, a booster chair and kids utensils. Upstairs has 2 twin beds and a pull out couch. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms. Master has an attached bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. I cannot speak to jacuzzi as we didn't use it. The location is amazing and within walking distance of the pool. Parking on a busy weekend can be very limited so be aware of that. We started running into parking issues towards the end of our stay. Was coming up on a holiday weekend though. All appliances worked well, shower pressures were good. Only negatives were that the fridge has a water leak from maybe I assume the freezer, more of a nuisance than a problem. Kitchen Sink had a leak as well and they had a bowl under the pipe that I emptied almost everyday. But not a deal breaker at all for us and we would 100000% stay there again!! Thank you for great views and an awesome 1st impression in Branson, MO!
