Seemed annoyed and not very friendly nor helpful.. came back later for questions and the director was there and was excellent. A few other run ins where the employees weren’t that great. We stayed here for a family vacation. Had a great time. Restaurant, pools, beach, playground, pontoon rental, golf, tennis were all great. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Craguns has been around for a long time. The buildings are outdated but clean and well maintained. All staff, both front desk and in the restaurants were great. Very friendly and helpful.
