We spent too much to sleep here to not get any sleep. The doors all slammed when they closed and you’d hear it down the hall. Every time someone in another room went to the bathroom it sounded like someone was pouring water down the drain in our bathroom. The bathroom did not have a functioning fan or even a toilet paper holder. My wife also found a disturbing stain on her towel as she dried off. To top it off, the people in the room above us had two dogs that wouldn’t stop running, fighting, and barking all night. Though it’s a pet-friendly hotel, we didn't expect for my wife to be covered in hives just from sitting in the breakfast area when no dogs were in the area. We picked this hotel because we had stayed at the Home2 in Shepherdsville and it was really nice but the one in Bowling Green left us extremely unhappy. Though the staff were nice, we don’t have plans on going back to the Bowling Green location because our stay was so awful and not worth what we paid at all.
My wife’s hand full of hives from her allergy to the dogs. She broke out during our breakfast at the hotel.
The stain on the towel my wife grabbed after her shower which made her feel dirty after getting clean because she questioned if the towel was dirty.

We had an overall good stay at the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent — definitely a highlight of our visit. However, the room was advertised as having a full kitchen, but there was no stovetop available. This was disappointing since we specifically needed it to prepare quick meals. Aside from that, everything else was pleasant and we appreciated the service.

I had to change rooms because the first room had a bad odor then the second room I was put in was across the hall from someone smoking pot all night which drifted into my room and gave me a bad headache. The staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate me and apologized several times but it was just not a good experience.

The hotel staff were very friendly and were asking if there was anything that we needed. The entire hotel was immaculate both insite and out. The room was clean, comfortable beds and plenty of room. I only had one small complaint. While the indoor pool area was very clean and attractively designed and the water was sparkling clean without the overwhelming smell of chlorine as is in many hotel pool areas indoors. But the pool was ice cold and no way to enjoy it. As we have a pool at home and the boys got to enjoy it all Summer, this was not a big deal. But it is deceiving as when an indoor pool is advertised, it is expected to be heated. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Nice hotel but worthless staff

From the start, the trip was aggravating. I got to the hotel early (around noon) and was told that my room would be ready in about an hour. We had a baseball game around that time so we decided to wait until after the game to check in. I got back to the hotel around 5:45 and was again told that my room wasn't clean. This was almost three hours after check in! Then i tried several times to get my digital key to work through the Hilton Honors app. The front desk was no help. At no time was our room cleaned. I had to get fresh towels from the front desk.

Amazing! Everything was perfect, the room has a kitchenette with a regular fridge. The beds were very comfy, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The pool is perfect, especially if you are travelling with kids. The fitness center has everything you need for your workouts. The breakfast was delicious. The staff is very friendly and willing to ensure you have the best stay possible.

The hotel was nice. There was plenty of parking, which so many lack. The breakfast was not much, but it was sufficient.
