This spacious 6 bedroom Modern Cape Cod Farmhouse is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, Shops, Restaurants, Whole Foods- Grocery Store, Bagel Shop, blocks to Mt. Sanitas trailhead. North Boulder Park is 1 block away with a playground, picnic & grilling areas, fitness station & ball field.

Architecturally designed Outdoor Kitchen-Dining Area with 20 person granite table, Stone Pizza Oven, Argentinian Grill.

Outdoor Basketball Court and Large Yard with Volleyball Net set up available upon request.

Housekeeping included 3 times per week. M_W_F if requested in advance of stay.

Large Chef's Kitchen with an open floor plan, lots of seating and natural light, great for entertaining.
8 person banquette dining area, 4 island barstools with plenty of room for mingling.

Love to cook? Seasonally pick fresh tomatoes, herbs, peppers, squash, peaches, apples, grapes and flowers from the gardens. Viking appliances, gas range, all the kitchen gadgets you would need along with plenty of island space for food prep.

Perfect location and attentive hosts

I rented the property for two weeks and had a great experience. The hosts were extremely gracious and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. There were a total of 6 rooms with beds for guests, and there was a cleaning service 3x per week. I would recommend this property to others that are looking to rent a house in Boulder.

The house was perfect. I think the pictures and details on the listing didn’t give it enough credit. The backyard was incredible. We ate every meal outside. So much space to spread and out and truly feel like you’re at home. Lynne was quick to get back to us with any issue that arose. We had a wonderful time!

My family and I enjoyed our wonderful stay. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. It is a perfect home for a family stay. We were there for a family reunion/wedding. The backyard is simply fantastic. We had big family dinners out there. Worth every penny!

Boulder retreat

This was the perfect home for our family vacation. Great gathering places inside and outside. Ideal location for visiting Pearl Street , hiking and day trips. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. It’s was truly one of the best experiences we’ve had for a family trip because of the home - and we have stayed in many amazing places to compare it to.
