I liked that there was a restaurant in the hotel. I liked the location and the staff were very pleasant. The courtyard was also nice. Upon arriving we were informed the pool was closed for cleaning until the following morning. This was a huge inconvenience and really disappointing. My daughter and I traveled there because of a procedure scheduled the following day at the children’s hospital. Swimming in the pool was literally the only fun thing we had planned for and had time to do. The pool was one of the main reasons I selected to stay there. It was so frustrating telling my 7 year old that couldn’t happen now. The overall cleanliness was poor. There were dead bugs and live flies in the window of the dinning area where my daughter and I sat. Our room needed work too. Specifically, the bathroom. There was writing on the mirror when the bathroom fogged from the shower. I assume from the last guest. The area near the toilet paper roll was filthy and there was hair that did not belong to me or my daughter stuck to the ceiling of the bathroom. The plastic shower curtain was stained orange, it definitely should have been replaced. As for the room; There were no mattress protectors on the matress. The coffee bar also wasn’t stocked, there was a leftover coffee packet (with cream and sugars and such) left for me to use instead of being relaxed with new. The handles on the closet were hanging on by a thread.

Was awakened at 4:00 AM by children in the room above us jumping off the bed onto the floor for over an hour. Called the front desk from cell phone because the room phone didn’t work. Was comped parking and breakfast. Staff responded to the issue very quickly.

Not So Good Experience

Our experience was terrible. We were a party of 5 and they couldn't accommodate. Only one king size bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, didn't have any sheets and there was what it appears to be a blood stain on the mattress. We were also unable to use the room services because the room phone didn't work. The air conditioners could not be adjusted for temperature. It only had a on/off switch that was very difficult to notice. You practically have to get flat on the floor to access it. The parking garage was ok, although it lacks outlets to charge electric vehicles. Overall, it was terrible and disappointed.
