Just minutes from downtown Beverly and Salem, MA, it’s perfect for friends, families, and pets. The apartment is on the first floor of the building and one level living so there are no stairs inside the apartment and only a few at the front of the building in order to get to the apartment. Guests should also know that this is a part of a 2 family building so there is 1 other apartment located above this apartment. That apartment is also an Airbnb.

When you get through the apartment door you immediately walk into the living room where there will be a couch, sofa chair, smart tv and work desk.

Off of the living room is 1 of the 2 bedrooms. The other bedroom is off of the kitchen. Both bedrooms have king size memory foam mattreses. In all my properties I use the same mattresses and they are what I get the most positive feedback on. Everyone says they’re comfortable! Both bedrooms have closets with clothing storage. The 2nd bedroom off the kitchen has a sliding door that leads to the back deck.

The kitchen has all appliances necessary for anything you need to do in the kitchen. It will also be fully stocked with all the supplies you need.

The full bathroom is off the kitchen. It’s a small bathroom and nothing fancy but if you aren’t picky then it absolutely gets the job done. It has 1 sink, shower/tub combo and toilet.

The back deck is exclusive to you the guest and will have outdoor furniture where you can relax or eat dinner. There are water views from the back deck. There are other houses around so they may not be the best water views but you can still see the water.

As I stated in the main description guests please know that this apartment is in an older apartment and is nothing fancy. If you’re picky or expecting luxury I want to be as upfront as possible and let you know that this is not the place for you. For everyone else I’d like to say that even though it is nothing fancy it absolutely can provide a quality functional stay

During snow emergencies you cannot park on the street. Whenever it snows please reach out to me and I will tell you where to park!
As long as there is no damage to the property nor do any other tenants/neighbors get disturbed then we won’t have any problems
