We had a late check-in, well after the staff had left, but the thoroughness with which they anticipated my needs was above and beyond. We were there literally ten hours, but it was a great place to stay. Our train was stuck on the track for hours, so we missed out on our evening in Boston before a dr appt. We will be coming back to Boston, and will definitely stay here again. It is clean and comfortable, and access to transportation is great. It is a great place to stay and a great value too.
