Easily walkable to BU for family weekend. Very pretty area. T stop nearby is both convenient and noisy. Really nice to be able to leave bags before check in and after check out. Yummy muffins in the morning and friendly staff!

Parking is alittle crazy (worried car would be side swiped as parking on side of building in tiny alley. Also if anything happens overnight or before 8am you’re screwed!!! Blew a switch had no power from 6:30 til 8am my daughter was trying to get ready for PA interview and girl at desk was very offish.

Cozy room, exactly as pictured. Tea and snacks in the equally entrance area downstairs. Small outdoor area with a table, and a lovely Tatte cafe with outdoor seating down the street.

The place has imperfections. The shower was older, it lacked some of the things more modern places have. You could stay at a Marriott anywhere in the country. And no matter what city you are in, it would feel the same. If you’re looking for that, this is not the place for you. If you want to feel like you were a part of Boston, come here, as its imperfections are what give it beauty. This place feels like a place of transit. It was designed for travelers passing through the night. It is not for everyone, but those it is for, you will enjoy it.

What a lovely bed and breakfast. The rate I paid was more than I eanted to pay but I booked it for the Sox game that I ended up not even going to. But I enjoyed my stay nonetheless. I wish there was more information on the history of the brownstone, but the staff really didn't know much. Would definitely stay again if the rate was lower. But great location for sure! Loved its charm.

This hotel is in a great location - walkable to Fenway Park. The hotel is a beautiful old home that has been transformed into hotel rooms. I do wish the hotel had warned us that there was no elevator as we were on the 4th floor, and carrying our bags up was a challenge.
