I had to move rooms 3 times due to deadbolts miraculously no longer working and each room was not clean in some way. Whether it was the kitchen or the bathroom or fridge.

I had issues with heaters not working. I extended my stay and had to check out and check back in, which was not a big deal. I asked for a different room, and the heater didn't work. They moved me to another room, and it was working until mid evening and I had to crank the heat almost up to 80 to have semi-warm air. The room I was moved to was not as clean in the kitchen area, but at least it was quiet. The breakfast left a little bit to be desired. I wanted oatmeal packets or cups, not a huge pot of oatmeal, and I wanted the ability to have more condiments. It was filling, so good enough. I did not see signs regarding gluten or dairy free options, so I think that is something to ask staff about for the complimentary breakfast. Staff was a bit gossipy at the front desk, but outside of that it fine. Very responsive to needs. Loved the using the key card to get upstairs in the elevator. Wished there were cameras in the elevators and stairwells, as the area is busy, and safety would be nice. I tried using the business center and the computer connected to the printer did not work, so I went to a library instead. I expected there to be more computers or printing options due to the size of the hotel, as well as more luggage carts. Not a ton of options in their little store area, especially for various dietary needs. It was a decent stay, and much better than the Residence Inn.

Very spacious and spotless room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

the living space was large and very accommodating. (Full kitchen) Breakfast was also quite good.

I got up in the morning to take a shower and it was not working, the handle that diverts the water from the tub to the shower was broken and did not work at all, I told the front desk at check out. In order to wash my hair I had to get on the floor and put my head under the tub spout...........I am 70 years old. Also, at the breakfast bar the sausage links looked raw, the dumb lady working there told me they were not allowed to brown the links during cooking.....how stupid id that, they prefer the guest get food poisoning from eating raw meat.

The rooms were convenient and provided easy access to downtown

Bathroom had not been cleaned when I arrived. Staff was mildly helpful. Supplies were lacking. List of amenities hotel was supposed to have was not accurate.

Comfortable and easy but crazy that you have to pay for parking!

Good room but very noisy . Good room service and facilities

We had 6 of us...very comfortable beds & lots of room for 2 adults & 4 teens. We walked to the trains & went into Boston both days. Breakfast was great way to start the day & in the evening always something to grab a bite if hungry. Kids loved the pretzels, chips, salsa & hotdogs. I loved the coffee available all day & night!!

The place was nice and new so there is little to say about that. One issue is that it seems like they are still working out a lot of kinks. We had problems with our rooms, and the staff did all possible to resolve the issues. When we mentioned the problems, the staff wasn't surprised and seemed like they already knew of the issues we were complaining of. The place is convenient and comfortable, if you are looking for a place to sleep and freshen up, this will be more than enough.

Dear Irving, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I am sorry to see that you encountered some issues that made your stay less than enjoyable. With regards to the shower control problem, these mechanical issues do arise occasionally and we could have provided alternative accommodations instead of having you get on the floor. Our food service associates are trained on safe food preparation techniques and would not intentionally serve undercooked food. They try to ensure that the food is not burned and that may have been what she was trying to communicate to you. We will review this with the associates and make sure that they properly test the food before presenting it to our guests to prevent what you experienced from occurring again. Again, thank you for your valuable comments and we look forward to trying to earn your business in the future.
