Excelente atenciòn y ubicacion
We got suite #204 which was bigger than expected and had street view. It's a little noisy being on the corner but there were ear plugs provided although I bring my own but I'm a light sleeper. Breakfast doesn't have hot food but the pastries were very good; also yogurt, fruit, cereal, bagels. It was nice inside, didn't use the gym but looked decent. The T is right across the street but you'll need a charlie card in advance. It's only a 20min walk to Kenmore square to buy there. Parking on site is expensive, I parked a 20min walk away for $25/night at Brookline Place Garage; it was a nice walk. Plenty of restaurants around. We'd stay again.
I had no idea this property didn’t have a live person on the premises, they didn’t respond to my email request to cancel, if you want a hotel and no human contact this is the place.

Nice place to stay. Reasonably priced for the location. Staff was awesome. Rooms were a bit small and only four hangers in closet. But I would stay again and I just rebooked for May trip.
Everything broke
Great property, close to everything either by train or walking. Rooms are very updated and clean. The breakfast has a lot to be desired. Something hearty and not just pastries would be a nice option.
Hello I have been there for a week , nice hotel terrible parking situation you have to pay for a parking ! You can’t leave the car in the streets they are only for residents (parking limited to 3 hours ) .. They have a garage that you pay 45-50 for a night and it resets every day .. I find a parking nearby they accept 10 dollar rate after 8 pm so you can park before and then extend your time until 6 am and you don’t pay up to 8 am … I hope to let people now if you have a rental
Quiet and enjoyable
the location is very convenient and very good service.
It was within feet if the transit to take you anywere. A little nervous at first riding the subway. Never done that before. But it was easy. Free half the time. Hotel was staffed. So check in was a breeze. Cold room! Everything was great!
AC didn’t work in the middle of august
Our ac unit didn’t work and our interior room had no windows- end of July and 77 degrees in our room didn’t make for very comfortable sleeping. The hotel itself was lovely, the check in process was easy and they let us check in early. A mile walk to Fenway made it easy to get around and parking was super close and affordable.
It appears that they leave a light and television on in all unoccupied rooms. I would prefer to see better conservation efforts there. Bed was comfortable (soft). Room was very clean. Hall needed some maintenance on the wall paper, but looked like it may have been a recent issue. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff was very helpful.
Good location but the hotel was dirty outside cigarette butts all over. Sidewalks and steps getting in and out were unsafe and uneven. Staff were good and attentive for the most part. Won't be staying there again.
