Description: Enjoy a beautiful view of mountain living from this rugged timber frame three- bedroom, three-bathroom entry-level (requiring no stairs) condo located in Chalakee, within Echota Resorts. This one-level condo features a covered front entry and rear deck with an amazing mountain view. The view can be admired from the deck or from the large picture windows in the open kitchen and living room areas. The kitchen features custom kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything to prepare a meal inside or outside on the built-in-gas grill. The living room is cozy and inviting with a cultured stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors, comfortable furniture and a TV. The primary bedroom is spacious and inviting with a mountain view and TV. The primary bath is set up for relaxation with his and her sinks and a gorgeous tile shower. The guest rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated each with bathrooms attached. The bathrooms are upgraded with ceramic tile flooring. Stay for a weekend to relax or an extended period and enjoy all the High Country has to offer.

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

We totally loved this property. Everything about the rental process was amazing. The ride up to the condo is steep, the views are breathtaking!!! The property was immaculate, and very comfortable!! Great condo for 1 or 2 families

Great condo for 1 or 2 families. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (all between 6 and 10) and the condo was perfect for us. This unit is at the very top of the neighborhood...and I do mean the TOP. If you are going during inclement weather you will NEED 4-wheel drive to go up and down the hill. Our kids loved playing in the snow and we were only about 15 mins from Hawk’s Nest. Great condo for both adults and kids.

Majestic Mountain Views!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed two days at this beautiful and comfortable condo with majestic mountain views! The home was super clean and the beds were very comfortable (we are extremely picky when we rent places as we want to be at least as or more comfortable than we are at home - or else why leave!) This home is highly recommended for some R and R in the mountains - you will leave refreshed by nature!

We've stayed in this community before and love to return. This particular condo was spectacularly equipped and beautifully decorated. The views from all the living areas and master bedroom are just breathtaking. There is so much to do in the area that we never run out of activities and then, there is the all important relaxing on the porch to drink in the view. We will come back.

Very clean, newly constructed, plenty of upgraded appliances! Very comfortable for our family of 8. Kids loved the built in bunk Beds! The fireplace was a great feature as well. The outdoor deck showed amazing views of mountains. We enjoyed snow skiing on Sugar Mountain and snow tubing at Hawksnest as well as the indoor pool, hot tub and work out room on site. We can’t wait to come back again!

Highly recommend this property. One observation - Currently there is construction adjacent to the building where we were staying and there was rock blasting. Because we were out and about during the day it wasn’t a big deal at all.
