After surgery my wife needed a place to lay down and rest. But check in wasn’t until 3:00PM. But the staff made special efforts to get a room ready and let us check in several hours early. That made the whole ordeal much more manageable and pleasant for us. Thank you!

When we travel, we always try to stay at a Hampton Inn & Suites. We have been happy with our stay at each of them. Our only complaint is that none of your bathrooms have a ceiling exhaust fan. They are really needed for humidity control.

I usually try to stay at Hampton Inns when I travel, and the staff at this Hampton were by far among the best I’ve ever seen. Plus…the room was great too.

Crappy stay

I requested a king room, got a single queen handicap accessible one. The bed and toilet were very close to floor making it difficult for me to get down or up from them. There was food on the floor upon entry as well as iron stains around the floor of the toilet, shower curtain was torn . Very disappointed as when I stay in Salem at the Hampton Inn and Suits they are very nice.
