"When we arrived, our door didn’t work right. My phone and purse ended up locked into the room with a broken lock and no way to get in. We waited 45 minutes outside our room for a fix after traveling all day. There were no apologies, and nothing to make it up. It was a terrible first impression.
We also found multiple roaches in our room on the last day which was very disappointing.
The positives were the pool, lazy river, playground and poolside food delivery was great.
There are a ton of grounds workers keeping the grounds looking nice, I think the rooms could use some of that attention."
