They treat you like family, above and beyond service expectations

Very pretty property. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner ...

The location was very convenient. There were lots of restaurants nearby and it was close to the Interstate. The service was excellent and the staff responsive to problems that occurred.

I could hear the TV on in the next room, and I could hear the neighbor's door open and close. It felt like they were in our room.

Our experience was wonderful. The front desk had 2 people and they checked us in promptly and efficiently. When we came down to pay bridge in the lounge area, they gave us cookies. The next morning I left my purse at our breakfast area. I realized it immediately when I went back to our room. I went down promptly but thankfully the lady at the desk had seen my purse and secured it until I came for it. That is above and beyond and I truly appreciated her efforts. Great time there!

Wonderful hotel and although right off the highway the place was serine and peaceful

Hotel is terrible and not safe. We were provided false information about parking and on site security that does not exist. Our vehicle was broken into after a night when we were told there was roaming security doing rounds every 30 min. The night manager provided the false info and lies about the hotel policies.

Great lobby and pool area. Very clean. Friendly and helpful hotel staff that were eager to please.

The Hampton Inn in Boerne, Texas is doing a great job! The staff was courteous, the room was clean and cool, which is greatly appreciated in Texas - as opposed to a dive that shuts off the air conditioner (in the name of being "green") and rents you a stale room that's AC will not get it comfortable between check-in time and bed time! The bed was comfortable and breakfast was provided and done well and on time. Next time through Boerne, Texas, choosing Hampton Inn will be easy enough; keep up the great job!

Beautiful hotel. Nice parking lot. Convenient for the freeway and historic downtown. Clean and tasteful. Friendly staff. Efficient check in and check out. Nice room. Comfy bed. Great sink and mirror. Unfortunately, the couple in the room next door had a noisy party that kept us awake. We asked politely at 2:30am that they be more quiet. The noise continued. At 4:30am the party was still going on, and food arrived. Still more noise. We checked out of the hotel since sleep was impossible. At the desk the night clerk said we could not have the Hampton Inn's normal refund because we had booked through [...].

The place was clean and the breakfast was great. The bed was comfy and the room smelled pleasant.

5 star accomodations at a 2 star rate!
