Very, very thin walls and floors. The room above us had a small child who liked to run and woke us up at 6:30am doing laps around the room. Just be prepared to hear all your neighbors business. Staff was friendly room as just average.

The pictures on the website did not match the hotel. It is very dark and smelly. The rooms are very large, but the furniture is old and the rooms are stuffy and smelly.

The customer service was extraordinary! I witnessed the front desk clerk confronted with a very difficult customer. I was in awe at the patience and kindness she continued to show. I wish I had some flowers to give her because she represented her company in the best way at night when nobody was watching. Bravo !
