I was not impressed with the quality of this hotel. The first room we were given had mildew spots on the wall and across the ceiling, and the bathroom floor was sticky. It was also a handicap room so it didn’t have a bathtub/shower combo but rather a roll-in shower. They tried to tell us the room Would be bigger, but it just looked gross and I couldn’t see how it was any bigger. The second room was cleaner but it all seems old and like it needs to be dehumidified and updated. The bedding was clean, but the bed was not Comfortable. I chose a Marriott brand thinking it would ensure a level of quality that didn’t bear out. The staff was really nice. The breakfast hostess was especially delightful—she was a shining light in the place.

I enjoyed the hot tub next to the swimming pool. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I like soft beds. The breakfast was good. Both breakfast attendants were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect for us to see the surrounding caves. We had a nice time visiting the area.
