Nice BandB in a neighborhood about a mile from the center of town. Taos is not very big so if you have a car location is kind of irrelevant. The rooms are each different but, to be honest, not in ideal condition but ok. Breakfast is the standout feature, really excellent. When you get there you need to know your key will be in an envelope outside the dining area because you may not see the "staff,' not an issue, just something to be aware of.

La Posada Pintada was a gem. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was very nice with handmade local soaps. The star gazing from our balcony was spectacular. She had a list of local eateries upon check in for a late dinner, and the breakfast provided was wonderful. It's a great stop on the way through Utah.

Spacious room, very comfortable. Outside seating in both front and back was great. We had an issue with a mechanical problem and it was immediately resolved quickly and effectively. Good breakfast. Was impressed that they proactively asked about food allergies.

Fantastic experience. Great views of the mountains from the balcony. Loved the town and visited Bluff Fort which was fantastic. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious and comfy. The breakfast was beautiful, lots of handmade products including homebaked bread and yogurt. A very relaxing visit, wish we stayed longer.

We stayed in the cabin which was much larger than I expected. The swamp cooler was noisy but kept the cabin comfortable in 100° heat. The kitchen was well equipped with a refrigerator microwave and regular stove. There were dishes, pots and pans and utensils for our use. The breakfast served in the main building was homemade with something different and delicious every day.

This was the cutest hotel and our favorite of our whole trip. The room was wonderful. A back balcony that you can look at the beautiful starry night on. Also, the delicious “home” made breakfast was the best part. We will def be back here!

This is a little gem in Bluff, Utah. We stayed here because it cut our trip almost in half..... boy were we so so pleasantly surprised. Great, clean, big rooms. Great views from balcony. Breakfast was amazing and all home made.... great great place to stay.

Hidden gem

I've stayed in Bluff a few times. This was my first time staying at this property. Management was very polite and helpful. The room (suite) was amazing, clean, quiet, spacious. The location is perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.
