While I was doing laundry someone thought it would be funny to open the dryer door so that when I came back to get my clothes the timer had expired and my clothes were wet. The person at the front desk gave me $3 in quarters without any hassle so I could complete my laundry. Thank you!

Very nice place to stay for the night.

Loved the room, the lobby and the friendly staff. It’s unfortunate that there were absolutely no open restaurants in the whole town when we arrived in a Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m. Please encourage your fellow townspeople to get something going! We were not the only people traveling that holiday week!

Loved the view from the porch of the bluff by the hotel.

Great room! Super cozy and great value. Beautiful morning view out the window. We really liked the room.

A beautiful hotel with awesome public areas including a killer swimming pool but no food and very limited dining options outside. Their own restaurant has closed due to the pandemic I guess so they give you a list of the (very few) options in town, only one of which was actually open when I was there and it was completely overwhelmed by hotel guests. The hotel actually has a small shop but it sells all the wrong things like frozen meals and there are no microwaves in the rooms to cook them! There's no supermarket in this town so you need to bring your own food with you (and maybe a microwave too!) or take your chances at the one open restaurant with the rest of the crowd. The problem isn't unique to this hotel - I experienced it to some extent at others on my trip but this one is very much off the beaten path so it seems unrealistic to expect hotel guests to fend for themselves.

The property was easy to access and the location provided easy access to town's ammenities and had excellent views.

Very comfortable and clean! staff were very friendly and helpful! close to everything and nice restaurants as well!

Incredible pool area and grounds. Love the Bluff town and surrounding area.

I highly recommend Desert Rose. Very quaint lodge. Room was inviting, friendly staff. Lounge, gym and pool are well appointed. Nice covered outdoor space. Restaurant is closed due to COVID, but several local restaurants were charming. Great location to explore Monument Valley, Gooseneck State Park and Valley of the Gods.

Nice, clean great landscaping and location. Loved the pool and hot tub. Loved the little cabins. This was our 3rd time staying at the Desert Rose. A very nice place....

No Resraurant. Otherwise fine but a bit expensive.

Clean. Well built facility. Cabin was small. No breakfast or snacks. Too high priced for just a place to sleep

The Courtyard rooms are huge and luxurious. The attached semi private porches are excellent. We have stayed multiple times and love this place.

Amazing place. Pool and views top notch. Rooms modern and clean.

Beautiful property well maintained. Excellent exercise and pool facilities. Convenirnt to many national monuments.

I like that the cabin was clean and spacious. I do wish that it had a larger television. Parking was also very close to the cabin. There is one major problem with Bluff during the "off-season" and that is that dining options are limited to non-existent. My wife and I tried to get dinner, but the restaurant at the hotel was closed for the season, and everything else was already closed for the day. The only place that had been open was Twin Rocks Cafe and that closed at 3:00 pm. This left us having to eat old pizza and a sandwich from the gas station. I would not stay in Bluff again during the off-season for this reason.

Thank you for the review and for your business. It has been very difficult for local business to keep consistent hours of operation during the season due to labor issues. This is amplified in the off season. Hopefully, this will change next season. We look forward to seeing you again.

Benjamin, thank you for the review and for your business. COVID-19 has made it very challenging to operate most businesses through out the Country especially restaurants. I'm sorry we don't have more dining options for our guests. We have no control over the schedule of the five local restaurants. That's why we have a selection of meals and snacks for our guests. There is a microwave in the market next to the freezer. We are hoping that life gets back to normal soon. We look forward to seeing you again.
