Amazing decore and setup with a balcony looking out at a massive red rock landscape. Great breakfast and courteous friendly staff. Clean and very comfortable bed.

I loved the view from the room patio. There are excellent short walks w/amazing bluff views! The room was spacious; front desk was friendly and informative when questioned about restaurants. Breakfast was good. The breakfast cook was attentive but very anxious and loud. Most of the room was clean. Maids usually don’t clean under the bed and this was no exception.( I practice yoga). One bed was firm the other soft and sinking in the middle per my 170 lb husband. I really liked the spacious room & the way the room was decorated!!!

Based on the high ratings I expected better. But property had quirks. Gravel parking lot and two sets of stairs to get luggage to room. Landscaping overgrown. You need to pre reserve time for basic buffet breakfast. Property a bit worn down. Nice view from large porch but just a cheap lawn chairs to sit in.

Very comfortable choice in Bluff - nicer than we expected. Beautiful room. Clean, with good dining options nearby. Breakfast was the best on our trip. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was a great place to stay with my kids on a trip to the 4 corners region. Breakfast was about the best I’ve ever had at a hotel in this price range and above to be honest. All home made and all excellent. I would definitely stay again if possible!

The room was beautiful! Great amentities. They offer breakfast, but we had to skip due to an early check out. Also the negative for the breakfast, you had to make a reservation and they were not accomodating if you couldnt make the times availalbe. It's in a good location walking distance to a few places. Great patio with great views. Would highly recommend

room smells and feels clean there were 2 beds in our room one of the beds has pillows that smelled used you can still see the creases from use they use fabric conditioner too much that i had a hard time sleeping cause of the overwhelming smell.. we stayed one night here as part of a longer trip, the owner is really nice and the breakfast included for the stay is awesome freshly made egg biscuits not your mcds or frozen ones, she cooks the eggs and its thick!

What a fantastic place this is! The room, the view, the friendly owner has met every need possible. It felt homelike and special. Details such as a personal microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker and even our own ice maker make this even more special. Have a soaking spa tub and separate shower with multiple heads makes this place an 11 out of 10.

We planned to visit Monument Valley and, since the View Hotel in Monument Valley was fully booked, needed to choose between a hotel in Kayenta or Bluff for a couple of nights. La Posada Pintada in Bluff turned out to be a great choice. Very spacious and comfortable room. Relaxing setting. Friendly and attentive staff. Great breakfast. Drive to Monument Valley from the hotel took about an hour, including stops for photos.

Nice BandB in a neighborhood about a mile from the center of town. Taos is not very big so if you have a car location is kind of irrelevant. The rooms are each different but, to be honest, not in ideal condition but ok. Breakfast is the standout feature, really excellent. When you get there you need to know your key will be in an envelope outside the dining area because you may not see the "staff,' not an issue, just something to be aware of.

La Posada Pintada was a gem. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was very nice with handmade local soaps. The star gazing from our balcony was spectacular. She had a list of local eateries upon check in for a late dinner, and the breakfast provided was wonderful. It's a great stop on the way through Utah.

Spacious room, very comfortable. Outside seating in both front and back was great. We had an issue with a mechanical problem and it was immediately resolved quickly and effectively. Good breakfast. Was impressed that they proactively asked about food allergies.
