Lovely place with a great view of the Bluff the town is named for. A little hard to find, but worth the effort.
The WiFi was spotty and the DirecTV signal was lost during a minor thunderstorm. Otherwise excellent.
This place is wonderful. Room is comfy and just enough space. Outside is a beautiful view of the bluff. Breakfast in the morning was fresh made and fabulous. We are all ready planning a trip back for next year.
Propety is in need of updates and improvements. Staff was pleasant, but would not stay there again.

This is an adorable hotel and our room was very big and very clean. Breakfast was really good. I highly recommend staying here.

There was no one there to check us in when we got there. We had to call and leave a message and wait for someone to come. The tv was situated too high from where the couch was to see it. The light sockets in the bathroom didn't work. One mirror.

Very small and quaint hotel. Recommend second floor to first. Better views and more privacy. Really hard to describe the hotel - only a small number of rooms. On the edge of “town” which isn’t much of a town at all. One gas station. Quick walk to a good restaurant. Views are amazing. Hotel/motel has all tile inside. Fabulous bathroom. Sitting area with couch in the room. Comfy beds. Lots of flowers and vegetables planted around. Hummingbird feeders and hummingbirds flying around. Really beautiful. A bit rustic. There are other houses not too far from the property. So a bit of a residential feel. Incredibly unique. Comfortable. Beautiful surroundings.

Well managed small boutique hotel with clean, spacious & comfortable room. Checked in around 4 pm in late June with outside temperature at 102 degree. Opened the door, my wife and I were greeted by the cool breeze in a specious room. Got up early in the morning, a simple yet well prepared breakfast buffet served in the backyard patio was ready for us. Overall, we were very pleased and would recommend it to my friends.
We really enjoyed this BnB, with natural settings and authentic rooms. The nearby Twin Rocks restaurant offered great American/Southwest cuisines. Definitely recommended.

Our family has been getting together for number of years now. This year we decided on Monument Valley Arizona, about forty miles from Bluff Utah, there was seven of us so we got two rooms on the second floor. we specially liked the balcony which both rooms shared, and the view was spectacular.
