Mixed feelings

We were on first floor, very nice. Near breakfast area. Coffee available 24 hours. Very nice offerings for breakfast. Hot tub is wonderful. Bed comfortable. Very difficult to get the room cool, heat was on at 72, way too warm for us. Took half the night to cool off. We put a on. The bathroom has issues. Nice walk-in shower, but very slippery floor. We had to put towel on floor to keep from falling. Toilet way too low. Husband saw a cockroach run across the vanity. All staff was very helpful and pleasant.
