Absolutely brilliant hotel

As a solo female traveller it was a worry what to expect but I was very very happy with my stay. The staff were brilliant and welcoming, the room was lovely, the breakfast was a good selection. Thank you for being great! From reception to housekeeping you all made my stay super special!

The Spanish receptionist made it for us (ricoco?) so friendly and likeable. Nice looking hotel lovely breakfast. Sadly the two things that let it down were paying for parking and the tiny “double” beds.. pillows not comfortable either..

Very Happy!

Spotless! Couldnt fault the hotel and staff! Only windge was the daily charge of £10 daily parking which we needed due to being disabled. However would deffinetly reccomend!

Holiday Inn Fantastic

Exceptional staff, really friendly and helpful. They all seemed to work well together, which gave a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Lovely comfortable rooms and public areas. The restaurant food was really good quality and well priced. Fantastic breakfast options and again brilliant quality. Only stayed for one night but will definitely be our go to hotel when we need a midland stop next.

Worse holiday inn to stay, Place very dirty. Carpet very dirty. Staffs around but not doing job efficiently. No hot water no one answer call. Have to go down front seat to ask. Checkin 9pm , no hot water for shower till very late too tired staffs said will have to wait til midnight yo get hot water back.
