The staff was nice and friendly. Ms. Alicia was awesome and she greeted us with a smile when we arrived and when we checked out. Highly recommend 👌 Plus we could walk across the street to the beach.

This place is terrible. Will be my last time ever staying . Staff are security are extremely rude. The whole building smelled of cigarettes and weed. Stairwell had cigarettes in it. Terrible stay and would not recommend

So disappointed

Initially there weren’t any towels in the room. I asked for some from the lady cleaning she said she didn’t have any and I had to go get them. We were given badly stained towels From then on we had to beg for towels. Could not get any. Ice machine was out early one morning. One day elevator was broken (they had only one) staff at reception desk wasn’t very friendly

2 Day Trip

Attempted to check in 30 mins early but the front desk said they couldn’t allow it as I watched a couple in front of me check in. The room was sufficient as it had a bed and bathroom. There was no iron or hair drier. The platform bed had maybe a 6 inch mattress that went to maybe 2 inches when laid on. The bathroom had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. The front desk did advise at check in that the room wouldn’t be cleaned til the 3rd day but we could get extra linens however when my wife went down later she was told all they had was 1 towel and 2 staff wash cloths. Also no shampoo. The ice machine on 3rd floor didn’t work. The good is it was very reasonable priced and the A/C worked great. It is located directly across Hwy 90 from the beach.

It smelled like dogs and cigarette smoke for a none smoking room. The tub had stains in it, there was dirt on the floor, the ice machines didn’t work. The carpets look like they have never been cleaned in years

There were roaches in our room. Our keys kept not working and we’d have to go back to the front desk. There was nothing in the kitchenette we had to buy pots. We only had two towels. The hotel smelled like vape, weed and mold. There was hair in the pool. We didn’t have comforters on the beds. There was no coffee maker in the room like expected. The staff was friendly. The coffee was good in the lobby. Overall disappointed from the photos and what we experienced.

Very average hotel. The room itself was tidy but not cleaned well. Beds were full sized, not queen. Hallways smelled like weed and cigarettes. The hotel is conveniently located to the beach and attractions, however I would not recommend staying here with a family.

Unacceptable Conditions

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed by the condition of the property and the lack of basic amenities and maintenance. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed significant black mold on the ceiling, which posed serious health and safety concerns. The mattress was visibly dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There were no extra pillows available, and the in-room phone was non-functional, making it difficult to contact the front desk for assistance. The room keys worked inconsistently, often requiring multiple attempts to unlock the door, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Additionally, the elevator was in poor condition, outdated, and made unsettling noises, giving the impression that it was not properly maintained. There was a sign on the elevator, on the inside, that stated not to hold the elevator open because it will lock it up. This hotel appears to be in a state of disrepair and neglect. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodations, as the current condition of this property does not meet even basic standards for comfort, cleanliness, or safety.
