For $55 I guess it's not that bad?

One reason I chose this hotel was because they listed breakfast being provided. The only things on the breakfast bar were waffles, bread, donut holes and cold cereal. No proteins or fruit anywhere. Coffee was OK. Was charged a $5 key fee after dropping the key off at the front desk to a very indifferent team member. I did get that refunded after calling the hotel.

For $60/night we got a clean, quiet and comfortable room which was the most important thing for us. But the property is dated and a bit run down. The free continental breakfast was embarrassing….only bread, waffle mix and stale cereal. I was at least expecting fruit and oatmeal and maybe a few other things so that was disappointing.

The room was dirty and in dis-repair. The breakfast area was electrically inopperative with no refridgeration for milk, no coffee maker, no waffel maker etc.

The grounds were dark and didn’t feel safe. The rooms were filthy. Carpet dirty, towels and bed linens were stained. Our shower knob was broken and toilet was unstable. When I inquired about the uncleanliness and if I could get a refund for the second night that I had booked, the staff were not too concerned by stating they were short on staff and any inquiries could be made with the manager the following week. Unfortunately this property is not worth the money per night.

The pool was closed. The fitness room was closed. The first floor bathrooms were closed. The breakfast included very little. You get what you pay for.

Dirty overall. Check in process super slow. Shower and bath tub didn't work. Room smelled unclean. Just a gross place to stay. There's a reason it's super cheap. Pay for a better place you'll be glad you did.

False Advertisement

We were charged more money because I brought two children instead of one. There was no sugar, or butter and nothing at complimentary breakfast except self made waffles thats it. The pool and hot tub were both out of order with no water in them, and bathrooms were dirty on arrival. No iron in room and they wouldn't bring one to the room. This was a nightmare my children were extremely disappointed and so was I.

I regret to say that my stay here has been a huge disappointment, and it seems the negative reviews were spot on. I initially reserved two rooms for my two teenage boys and another for myself and my high-maintenance 2-year-old. My goal was to ensure my boys are comfortable and can rest before their basketball tournament tomorrow, but it seems the staff had different plans.Upon check-in, the lady seemed fully aware that she was giving me only one room. I had specifically booked two twin bunk bed rooms for my boys and a separate room for myself and the baby, connected by a middle door for easy access. Instead, we were forced to squeeze into one room. Fortunately, the king-sized bed room had a pull-out couch, but the bedding was old and uncomfortable. I had to pile on three comforters just to make it bearable. The other room with the bunk beds was in terrible shape. As soon as we opened the door, it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned properly for months. The sheets were used and visibly dirty. It reeked of dust, and the old furniture was nearly rotting. To make matters worse, the room’s garage contained five cans of Coca-Cola, indicating it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous occupants. Adding to the discomfort, the air conditioning in the bunk bed room was broken. Staffe attempted to cover this up with a blue blanket.The bathroom was appalling; there were chunks of drywall all over the bathtub, and the water was shut off, suggesting the staff knew this room is out of order.

I liked it. If only Ramada could remodel it.

Everything with the hotel was excellent. It’s just sad that the property is older. Everything worked, comfy bed, super hot water. It just would be wonderful if the hotel could be remodeled. I knew nothing of the area, but it was safe and very quiet when I was there.

Perfect hotel for sleeping.

The hotel building does have good bones. The heating unit was whisper quit. The Amazon TV system is impossible to figure out. Only was able to find one local station. But had a choice of 9 NYC stations. Had to sign into accounts to watch anything. Continental breakfast was there. But not exciting.
