I called four times to let them know that we will be late checking in the first three times the Rude gentleman on the phone just hung the phone up and did not want to hear what I had to say.and told him that we had vehicle issues. It will be doing a late check in. We check in so late at 4 AM in the morning. Had my credit card that I used to make the reservation. The card reservation was made under the same card as the credit card yet they wanted $100 cash because my employee name was not on the Credit card. Even though the name on the credit card and the employee’s name was on the reservations list made by the card holder. They said they were trying to keep theft down. if that’s the case they wouldn’t let them check into the room. Even though my employees name on his company uniform and name, Match the company name on the reservations and credit card. So my guys had to dig out of their pockets $100 Which was very frustrating after spinning 21 hours on the road.

Breakfast was great. It was hot and fresh. Eggs, ham, bacon, potatoes, waffles, bread, bagels. Cereal, yogurt. Juice wasn't that great. Very concentrated. Everything looked clean and the bed was soooo comfortable. Staff were friendly. Parking was great and right off highway. Diner next door, 2 gas stations and an Italian restaurant in close vicinity. Very happy with this stay.

This was a lesson in you get what you pay for. I am glad it was only 1 night! The beds were hard, the bathroom was not very clean. The elevator was a little scary! The door did not stop for the luggage cart- my husband had to back it out or the door would have closed on it. Glad it wasn’t the kids. The employees though were very friendly!

The hotel had no hot water for the first day. They claimed they would refund for inconvenience but only provided lip service. NO REFUND AND NO DOCUMENTATION TO ALLOW ME TO RECEIVE CLAIMED REFUND.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was great and the guy bringing food out knew my 6 year old son wanted bacon and he brought him a plate as soon as it was done. Everyone was nice and we enjoyed our night.
