MAGNIFICENT VILLA FOR RENT IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, and for a maximum of 6 people.



DISTRIBUTION: The villa of 130m2, decorated with a magnificent rustic style, is divided on two floors, connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor, pool level, we have a large and cozy living room with stone walls, natural wood beams and a large fireplace. We have a separate kitchen with access to a furnished patio where you can enjoy breakfast. Also a shower room. Upstairs, there's three bedrooms (two with twin beds and one with bunk beds)and bathroom. All these accesible through a warm hall.



EXTERIOR: The Villa has a large plot of 2500m2 with palm and olive trees, where we can park our cars without problem. A large covered and uncovered terrace with modern furniture. It has a nice pool with sun loungers and a large deck and BBQ area.



LOCATION: Located in Benissa, in a very quiet area, surrounded by acres of beautiful gardens. A 15min drive from the sea and the famous sandy beaches of Calpe. A perfect place to relax in this rustic town.



OTHERS: AIR CONDITIONED IN THE LOUNGE AND TWO BEDROOMS (in the 2 largest bedrooms). FREE WIFI INTERNET.

Pool schmutzig ...

Anscheinend waren wir in der 2. Maiwoche die ersten Gäste der Saison. Der Pool war nicht gesäubert, die Pumpe lief nicht und auch die Außenbeleuchtung ging nicht. Wir kamen Samstagabend an, die Pumpe wurde nach etlichen Mails und Anrufen Sonntagaben eingeschaltet, der Pool am Montagmorgen gereinigt. Der Autoverkehr der nahegelegenen Straße ist trotz der herrlichen Vogelgeräusche zu hören. Ansonsten ist das Anwesen toll. Mich hat gestört, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra dazu gemietet werden müssen und man nach Ankunft erst einmal Betten beziehen muss. Beim Check in ist niemand da; man muss anrufen und warten. Wir fuhren vom Check in alleine ohne Abnahme zum Haus - mit Übergabe hätten wir das mit dem Pool gleich kommunizieren können. Die Schlüsselrückgabe in Calpe erwies sich als sehr schwierig, weil samstags Markt ist und sehr viele Straßen gesperrt sind.

Disappointing

The villa could be lovely but is in need of major updating. Cold, dark and damp feeling did not make for a pleasant stay. The child’s room had no heating and was very dark, my 10 year old granddaughter was scared to sleep in there so slept with us. We rented an alternative villa and left this one after one night. TV is very old with no watchable channels for English, no Netflix or anything for children.
