Positive: This is a good hotel. The location is excellent. The breakfast is very good with different kind of food. The staff are polite and helpful. The room is spacious and the shower is very good. Negative: It is difficult to watch tv, because the image freezes every minute. We called the front desk and ask them why we were having that problem and they told us they didn't know. We asked them for an extra pillow and they gave it to us the night before we left. The elevator is old and goes down really, really fast. Overall, a good hotel to stay a few nights, but it needs renovations, especially the elevators.

Good value hotel in a central location

Most of the staff were helpful and professional, especially the staff in the restaurant who were friendly. However the first time I checked in the man was very unhelpful and told me there was no booking in my name and tried to sell me a room. I was upset and then he said 'I need your passport'. I told him again I had booked and paid for a room and he seemed to nod and I gave my passport. He had found my booking but didn't tell me or apologise and there was no welcome. The second time I checked in, the woman has welcoming, friendly and professional. She also spoke excellent English.

Hotel lindo, cobertura incrível, quartos limpos e aconchegantes, café da manhã excelente. As equipes de recepcionistas também no geral são excelentes e receptivos, porém não parecem se comunicar muito entre si. Um item foi esquecido no hotel e algo que poderia ser simples foi mais trabalhoso justamente porque os recepcionistas que trocam de turno entre si não se conversam nem mencionaram detalhes como horários da sala de achados e perdidos etc.

gostei muito, de um modo geral. bem localizado, não tivemos problema com elevador e sinal de wi-fi. café da manhã bom, o básico de hotel mesmo. quase não ouvimos barulho (ficamos no 11º andar), mesmo a rua sendo bem movimentada. sobre limpeza: tinha uns tufos de cabelo na cama, tive que bater os lençóis pra me certificar de que não teria mais nenhuma sujeira. o ar condicionado funciona bem, mas ficou pingando na mesinha que fica embaixo dele. a tv não tem função smart, só pega os canais disponíveis mesmo.
