I absolutely love this location! It’s one of the newest Ibis Budget hotels in BH, and it’s super modern and beautiful. It’s basic, just like it should be, but the staff is great.

Ao fazer o checkin fui informado pelo atendente que a minha reserva feita pelo Expedia NÃO CONSTAVA DO SISTEMA! Uma situação constrangedora! Após o problema ter sido solucionado, não recebemos informações complementares sobre funcionamento do hotel, uso do elevador, acesso e outras coisas comuns na hora do check in. Vários outros pontos: um dos elevadores não funcionava na segunda-feira. Não havia nem um sachet de shampoo nos amenities (isso costuma ser normal em outras unidades da rede). O custo da água na geladeira do andar térreo é um roubo! R$ 8,00 por uma latinha de 350ml é digno de se fazer uma denúncia no Procon! Banheiro mal disposto na minha unidade, lavatório separado do toilette, e esse também separado do chuveiro. Travesseiro murcho, muito usado. Foi necessário solicitar outro travesseiro. Serviço de vallet terceirizado também muito caro. Acesso à portaria poderia ser melhor, com uma calçada para quem vem da rua de trás, sem ter de dar a volta até a porta do Mercure e pegando chuva. De positivo a boa localização; quarto limpo e arrumado; café da manhã excelente, além da cortesia e gentileza da equipe do buffet.

Very clean!!!

The only thing I didn't like is how Walls are very thin, and we heard other couple next to us in the shower. Shower is very small. But I loved it because it was extremely clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff was so nice and helpful.

Sou cliente da rede ALL e ficava muito no Ibis. Resolvi que vou encerrar minhas estadias no Ibis. A experiência foi bem traumática. Cama barulhenta, ar condicionado que não funciona, quarto com cheiro que estava muito tempo fechado. Lamentável.
