Positive: This is a good hotel. The location is excellent. The breakfast is very good with different kind of food. The staff are polite and helpful. The room is spacious and the shower is very good. Negative: It is difficult to watch tv, because the image freezes every minute. We called the front desk and ask them why we were having that problem and they told us they didn't know. We asked them for an extra pillow and they gave it to us the night before we left. The elevator is old and goes down really, really fast. Overall, a good hotel to stay a few nights, but it needs renovations, especially the elevators.

Foi uma estadia boa e tranquila, chegamos tarde e ainda co seguimos fazer o check - in. O quarto era bom e arrumado. Ar-condicionado potente. Funcionários gentis. A localização é ótima. Perto do Santuário São José, do Ed. e mirante Acaiaca, e da feira hippie do domingo. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de frutas, bolos e acompanhamentos para os pães.

Hotel localizado no centro de BH , quarto espaçoso , limpo , bom banheiro e chuveiro, café da manhã ok ! Inconvenientes o estacionamento do hotel custa R$40,00 por dia e fica em outra rua não tem acesso ao hotel. Localizado em frente à igreja o sino começa a tocar as 6h pra quem gosta de dormir não é muito legal. Aos domingos tem a feira Ripe na rua do hotel que fica fechada você não consegue acessar o hotel de carro e se tiver que fazer checkin ou checkout nesse dia terá que caminhar com as malas pela rua até o estacionamento e tb eles começam a montar essa feira no sábado à noite tb muito barulho pra dormir
