Max at the front desk checked us in and was a pleasure to deal with. He made the check in process fast, easy and enjoyable. We got into our room and it was nice and clean. The pool area was clean. We didn't go to the pool until a little later and the towels were out but they remedied that quickly and brought more and restocked the shelf. Breakfast was very good. They had a great variety and it was kept stock and fresh. I would recommend this hotel!

What an overall great experience. From a great location to the easy check-in, clear instructions on how to find my room and use of the onsite parking garage, to the kind staff and the clean, spacious, and freshly designed hotel room. Stayed here when we moved our kiddo into WWU. One of the better business-style hotels we've stayed at. Clean, fresh, updated, and friendly. Bar in the lobby if you need it. Quick drive to campus, Costco, restaurants. The breakfast was actually pretty good.

The bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft and I prefer something a bit more firmer like thank you for a lot of pillows. Some things If I knew was in the room I would have asked for help getting some things down I did mention it would be nice if they provided a step stool for us short adults and as well kids too. Thank you I like your washers and dryer that was only one on bottom it was a challenge to get it started It reminded me of the very first dryer I used Brena

The breakfast is excellent but the rooms are far from sound proof as the noise from the road is constant but not as loud as the foot steps from the room above. As such, this place is way over priced. Won’t be staying here when I am in town next year even though I have a BonVoy membership.
