(Permit #USE2019-0014) Private 900+ square foot apartment on the edge of the downtown business district. 3 blocks from bus transit depot station and walking distance to numerous breweries, restaurants and attractions. It is the 2nd story of an office building, requiring ascending/descending a flight of stairs. Slightly unconventional, this converted office space has 2 large bedrooms off of a full kitchen with a large table for dining, and no formal living room. Each bedroom includes a King sized bed, a sofa bed or couch, 43" screen tv, wifi. Extra guest fee for groups of greater than 2 people.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
