Leonardo Hotel

Location very central and room fine. Service in bar/ restaurant for dinner and in restaurant for breakfast very poor. Hotel very understaffed, long delays for dinner and breakfast buffet ran out of food and drink items on a regular basis.

We have stayed here several times this was by far the worst. We areived at 3pm to check in and relax a little before we had to go for a 6pm event. We could not check in till 4 40pm as the rooms were not ready. There was no attempt to let us know this was the case until we arrived There was no attempt to keep us informed The room was very noisy and hot The pillows were horribly hard Other guests allowed their children to shout and scream running wild on the corridors well after 10pm. The adults then did the shame after midnight before having a domestic at 3.30 Very poor

Great hotel in a great area of the city centre. Ideal hotel as it's so close to all the amenities. Clean, tidy and spacious room. Only downside was the heat in the bedroom as it was just too hot and stuffy (even with the open window it didn't made my difference).
