I read the reviews by people who obviously stay at 5 star hotels, this place is a bargain for the price. My room was clean, a/c was great and everything worked.

Service dog rules should be posted where customers can see. Staff should be trained on the difference so it is not confused. Staff should offer receipts when prompted instead of telling the customer to trust them they said they would refund your deposit when they get off the phone. Very rude. Night staff member should as nice and very well at explaining facility.

Was 1st given a room with air conditioner full of mold and told the hey card would work for other doors to parking but was stuck at door in pouring rain to find that my key had to be reprogrammed after each entry to the room.

The room was reserved for one of our truck drivers to stay while his truck was broken down. Upon arrival, he was told he would have to have a $50 deposit (cash or card). The driver did not have either. The hotel would not refund us for the stay.

When I walked through the front door I noticed the lock was completely missing. There was a very bad odor along with the smell of smoke. There’s no elevator to access the second floor. Some of the lights & the tv didn’t work in the 1st room so I was put in a new room. I was there Monday-Friday & they never made the bed or changed the sheets. Even though there’s a card in the room that suggest if you want clean bedding leave the card on the bed which I did every morning. I even spoke directly to the manager who informed me that they only change the bedding on Monday Wednesday & Friday, but on Wednesday no new sheets. The same manager told me he would make sure it was done Thursday morning. On Thursday evening still no new bedding. When I spoke to the other manager she informed me that “she would talk to them about it”. The floors are tile so you can see the stains & hairs left from previous customers that remained there until I checked out on Friday morning. They only changed out the towels & the trash bag. They never actually cleaned the room. The bedding also had cigarette burns in them. It was atrocious. The breakfast they claimed to offer consisted of a waffle maker, old stale cereal, and white bread for toast. The fitness room had three machines & absolutely none of them worked. This place masquerades as a hotel but is very much a seedy motel & I don’t understand why Travelocity had them listed on their site as a reputable hotel. I will never book with Travelocity again.
