This guest house is located on our property. It’s just outside the city limits, but it is in Batesville close to UACCB and Lyon College. It’s very quiet and peaceful! We live on a dead-end street. Has a very large jacuzzi with jets and heat.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Stretch out in the jetted tub. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
