Clean and exactly what you expect for the price

Really run down but clean. For the price of was exactly what we expected. The bathtub drain was very slow to drain and the little coffee pot in the room didn't work. Other then that it served the purpose we needed it for. Just a place to sleep and shower.

Room that was first assigned to us was not cleaned well ,excessively smelled of cigarette smoke , we complained, second room was not cleaned properly , empty water bottles behind bed Dead spider in the bathroom Gunk in the shower drain Microwave, lamp and refrigerator all We will not stay there again

Staff were very nice and helpful. AC in first room did not work. Second room was better. I prefer more brightly lighted rooms especially around the desk/table area and in the bathroom than what this property offered.

CLEAN, FRIENDLY, SAFE, IN THE MIDDLE.OF TOWN ON THE MAIN HIGHWAY IN TOWN. PLENTY OF OPTIONS TO EAT TO CHOOSE FROM. CLOSE TO INTERSTATE AS WELL.

For the price and being on the road. This is a good place to lay your head. The owners could make a few key upgrades. Nothing specific, Everything is dated and stretched to its fullest use. But again for the price and breakfast included. I really can’t complain about anything.

Well..

It is what it is, not much to choose from in Newport. We had a fly problem which wasn't ideal when arriving later in the evening.. I think they just mate and keep their population going in there.
