Nice clean spacious room. It showed a little age but so do I. Bed cover was so soft and clean, mattress was also great. Spent 2 nights. If ever back will I would stay here again. And the price was the best part.
Shower water plumbed backwards, popcorn ceiling fallen off in several spots and ready tofall in others.
This hotel was way worse than the pictures or rating implied. At least 10 flies in the room, peeling wallpaper and a non-functional fire alarm. Several people hanging outside of their rooms also made me uncomfortable. In addition the ice maker wasn’t working. The only things positive- staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.
The bed was very nice and comfy. Overall the room was pretty clean. There were some iffy spots on the nightstand but nothing some water and paper towel couldn't fix. The gentleman at the front desk was literally the nicest man in the world even at 12 at night he was in high spirits.
Good hotel for the price and friendly staff but flies and bugs at the rooms and pillows not that comfortable.
All the lampshades in the room were coming apart and the meal had a smell to it. Needs some care and thorough cleaning.

The rooms were basic. No microwave, cable was fuzzy, and the breakfast left much to be desired. The cleaning staff was spotty, washing us up and then forgetting to replace used towels and coffee.
The room was clean , the staff was pleasant and the price was wonderful.
For the price, the room was in good condition and clean. However, the exterior could go for an update. The free breakfast was somewhat limited, thus skipped.
Staff was courteous and the room was clean. We had a king bed and it was perfect. The view over looking the town of Batesville is breathtaking.
