I drove 15 hors to find out that my room had been cancelled 2 days before I booked it. Was told it was not their problem. I got an e-mail 1 day before asking me to confirm arrival time. Nice to find when you are attending a Bourbon Festival. I would not recement this place anyone.

It was during the cold storm Jan 2026. Clean, nice staff. Water wasn't working. It worked out as I was just stopping to sleep. It happens
