We had plastic covers on our bed underneath our sheets and could clearly hear the conversations of the people beside us through the wall

Updated room was nice, missing a few items, coffee pot not clean, coffe was terrible ( farmers brothers, tasted like it was 10 years old. Continental breakfast was minimal at best.

Nice small hotel abut a mile out of the city, quiet. "Breakfast" was cereal, served from 7 AM to 9 AM. Too early for a Saturday or Sunday. Otherwise a nice place to stay for the money. We have stayed there a number of times. Will stay again.

Cheap price, cheap product. Thinnest sheets I have ever seen. Plastic mattress covers. I will say it was clean and did not smell.

The AC unit was extremely loud and the room had just been painted. With those two combined, it did not make for a pleasant stay.

Comfortable bed and AC worked. A bit run down, sparse breakfast. Burn holes in bedding, mold in bathroom.

Great, helpful staff, super-clean rooms, reasonable price, free Wi-fi and free breakfast! The location was very handy to historic Bardstown, museums, parks, unique shops, thrift stores, great restaurants, theaters, etc. Overall, it's a great deal of a hotel.

Visiting town for 2 nights while enjoying the Bourbon Trail. Room was comfortable although dated. Had microwave, refrig. and WiFi. Quiet area of town across from park. McD's with-in walking distance which was better than coffee and bagels they had out.

Room had smears of goo on several surfaces. Room had a strange unidentified odor. We couldn't decide if it was urine, mold or bug spray. It did have a nice quaint outdoor pool and was right across the street from My Old Kentucky Home State Park

As a motel, it's ok. The facility is old but the price is really cheap. The location is good for visiting Bardstown.

Needed quick spot for overnight, convenient, clean, friendly staff. Minimal continental breakfast

Great Hotel for the budget minded. I"m always leary about the cleanliness of budget hotels or inn in this case but no problem here. This place was actually full when we arrived at midnight but we received prompt service. Coffee and cereal for breakfast but there is a McDonalds down the street. Overall thumbs up.

Neat and clean and in an excellent location for Bardstown visitors.

Room was "ok". A lamp was burnt out, no hair dryer in room, the coffee from the in-room coffee maker was undrinkable. Staff was friendly, but very hard to understand. Room smelled very musty at first entrance, but got better as the room air-conditioner cycled the air. Had I paid more for the room, I would have been pretty upset. As it was, it was what my wife and I needed for the night. I just wish the information would have indicated the lack of the small amenities so we could have prepared for it. I don't mind not having a dryer, or not even having in-room coffee, if I know it and can pack and / or prepare for it. The price was about right for the level of room offered.

Traveled to Bardstown for a cycling event. The Inn is located away from town center so with no public transportation once the event shuttle service stopped at 9:00 PM had to walk a little over a mile to hotel. Room not fancy but clean, staff reasonably friendly, breakfast spartan.

Completely adequate for our needs - clean bathroom and beds. We toured Bardstown all day and went to Stephen Foster Story musical at night, so all we wanted was a clean place to bathe and sleep, and that's what we got. Also, the kids wanted to swim in the pool, and since it was early in the season the water was very clean. (Not the same could be said for the furniture around the pool)

This apparently family run hotel was extremely kind and courteous. I felt very safe. If they had some fruit and pastry for breakfast it would have been all five stars. I would stay there again. Ellen

It was an ordinary hotel. It was priced right. It had a breakfast.,but i needed to be at work before they served it.

When we arrived the attendent/owner was plesant and helpful. The drive way was in one stage or another and we were not able to park on the lot at the time of check in. We were showen where to park in a lot next door. After going out of dnner upon comeing back a part of the lot was open..soo we parked then in from of our room. It look like things were being remolded. It sure need it. We did not stay for the am breakfast.
