Looks like this hotel is under new ownership. There are improvements, but some significant issues.
The front door had huge gaps all around it which let in a lot of cold air

Facility is being updated and they’re working hard on restoring an older facility. That said, we had a good stay as the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was also clean (it is small, but again it’s an older facility) and the water pressure was good. Heater worked almost too good as it warmed up QUICK in the room. Would definitely stay there again.

Large and very clean room, great bed, and everything in good working order. Perfect location -- everything downtown is easily walkable. For me the one negative was that the room was quite poorly lit. A couple more lamps would be great, or even just a desk lamp would go a long way.

very clean and neat, bed very comfortable as I like a firm bed but not too firm. I prefer a bath tub but your shower was totally acceptable. The only slight negative was my access card died on me and I had to go to the office to get it recharged. Fortunately there was still someone was still in the office to charge it for me. If it had been much later I am not sure someone would have been there to help me. I will be back!
