The place is ideally located in the heart of the city and within walking distance from many sightseeings. It is well maintained. We did not encounter any problems with the facilities in the room like TV, hot water, and outlets. The room is well insulated from external noise. Cleaning service did a good job. Overall well recommended.

Staff was great, breakfast was very good. Window lock was not working, but was repaired promply after reporting. The location was great in addition to being a historic buliding it was next to La Ramblas with short walking distance to small shops, great restaurants, transportation, and the Batllo (Gaudi designed) House.
