We just got back from Spain and I cannot enough good things about this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had a wheelchair delivered and it arrived before we checked in. They laid out the money for us. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast - fruits, pastries, cheeses along with a menu where you can order fresh eggs, crepes or waffles. The lobby was always welcoming and clean with candies and waters. I just found all of the staff members extremely helpful and welcoming. The location was fantastic. We walked everywhere. The only thing - the rooms are a little small. But the STAFF was fantastic - thank you again for a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend and I look forward to my next visit!

The staff is sweet, however the property is a little outdated and the cleanliness is not to my liking. Our shower didn’t drain and caused our room to flood, thankfully the staff immediately moved us to another room at our request.

Loved staying at H10. It’s a beautiful hotel with great amenities and the staff is the best! Very friendly and helpful with whatever questions we may have and they do everything possible to try and make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had an issue with guest above me making a lot of noises, brought up to them, and they didn’t hesitate to offer me options to move room and etc. Breakfast is amazing! Delicious options. Rooftop super cute. Now, be aware that despite the hotel being mostly quiet and block noise from outside, from inside the hotel you can hear everything! Doors slamming, people walking above your room.. if you’re a light sleeper, be aware! Other than that, nothing to complain!

Great hotel in central location

Quick one-night stay. Great location, easy to walk to museums and restaurants. Very helpful staff. Great in-room amenities. I was sad to miss out on the rooftop bar - closed due to pouring rain - it looks so pretty in pictures! Would definitely rebook this hotel in the future.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel is beautiful and at a perfect location in the Gothic Quarter, a minute walk to the cathedral and shopping. The staff was ok but gave us a room that was near another room that was being renovated without letting us know. The renovation noise was very loud and started in the morning.

Nice but be vigilant leaving at night

Hotel is well equipped and very comfortable. Staff is superb!! Location wise, H10 Madison is in the middle of everything but the touristic neighborhood of Gothic Quarter requires vigilance at night. My parents were followed back to the hotel by foot by someone with some type of weapon in hand and luckily a police officer roaming the streets called out to them just in time and informed them that the man behind had been following closely for the past couple blocks. There's some homelessness around.
