The hotel is well appointed and has a beautiful, serene ocean view. The pool and hot tub are very inviting. The room is comfortable. Great shower and water pressure. The breakfast is good but the service was incredibly slow - we waited over 1 hr 15 mins. The price point is definitely on the high side for this type of resort.

Everyone was professional, polite friendly, helpful and informative. Room was nice rugs very clean linen perfect mattress comfortable good in room coffee new less plastic k cups. I had an ocean frount view room It was great this hotel is w in walking distance of the ferry to Nova Scotia. Yes it’s worth the money there is a shuttle bus to take you to the village green so you can drink and ride. It runs every 15 mins w the last bus out at 10p

This was a quick and easy stay. Doorman helped with all of our luggage. Hotel and room were clean. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub but both were nice. They have chairs to sit by the bay at night and the boats in the water give good ambiance.

Ck in became questionable. When I reserved the room, I did it using the Expedia calendar of course, and the nights I chose were posted at $315 per night. Exactly why I chose them because the surrounding days were more expensive. I had flexibility and could have moved the dates in any direction. Yet, when I checked in, they were $375 and $327 respectively. Also, when I arrived I was told there would be a $25 per night “resort fee”. I was not made aware of this during Expedia booking process. I also paid more for a balcony. Come to find out, all of the rooms have balconies! Our view was misleading, on the ground floor overlooking the parking lot. In the Expedia pics , there were views of water, not front end of cars. The receptionist made it clear that I reserved a “standard “ room with a king bed which don’t come with water views. She made me feel like I got what I paid for, condescending was my take away. The hotel was really nice, great pool and very clean. Appreciated the bus service in and out of the village.
