The lobby and restaurant area is nice, even with the renovation going on. Upstairs, the rooms are not as nice and need to be updated. My shower would not get hot, even though you could get hot water at the bathroom lavatory. Front desk staff were excellent. Bellmen left something to be desired.

If only US Hyatt Regency's took the example of this one. Spotless... flexible...roomy... amazing spa on sight, along with gym and sauna/steam. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. It was perfect for my layover. And... no worries on an early checkout. You can stay here for a 24 hour period regardless of whether it's noon or not. My 4pm flight was not a problem... I stayed in the room until 2ish, and then took the free shuttle over to the airport departures. Highly recommend.
