Morning coffee vendor in lobby consistently had more than 25 people in line to purchase and then wait for coffee. Never seen such a scene at any hotel. * Asked hotel how/where I could heat up a bowl of soup from a food delivery the prior day. Was told the only option was to rent a microwave oven from the hotel (quoted more than $40/day). * No water bottles provided upon registration nor in the rooms.
